The Jr. Beta Club at JES is an honor society that promotes academic achievement, character, leadership, and service. Fourth and Fifth Grade students can participate in this club. Our JES Junior Beta Club is helpful to our school, district, and community by completing service projects such as a supply drive for All 4 Paws, planting flowers around the school, and even helping to create a clothing closet for our school. This club teaches its members about the importance of service, character, and being leaders in the school building alongside their academic endeavors.

JES Jr. Beta Club is sponsored by Ms. Morgan Turner.

The Jr. Beta Club at JMS acknowledges outstanding academic achievement in our 6th-8th students as well as excellent character. Our club has around 90 participants and competes annually at the SC Jr. Beta Convention. Last year, we advanced to compete at the national level in Orlando, FL. We have high hopes for this year and intend to compete at state in Myrtle Beach in January, as well as Nashville, TN this summer!

JMS Jr. Beta Club is sponsored by Mrs. Brittany Carter.

The National Beta is a national organization honoring and recognizing students for their achievement, character and leadership qualities, as well as encouraging growth through service and comradery. National Beta is dedicated to leading by serving others which is its motto “Let Us Lead by Serving Others”. The four pillars: Achievement, Character, Leadership, and Service is the core of National Beta.

The chapter of the National Beta at Johnsonville High School is for all ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth graders who have an overall cumulative average of 90.0 without rounding and no major discipline referrals.

Johnsonville High School is proud to have a chapter in National Beta because we demonstrate leadership and service by community projects we undertake as a club. In addition to service projects as a club, each student must complete their individual service hours each semester to give back to their community. We demonstrate achievement by maintaining our grades, and we demonstrate character by people a role model for other students to look up to. Our club has gone to state and national Beta competitions where we have came out as state champions and national champions!

JHS Beta Club is sponsored by Mrs. Kimberly Shelley.

Congratulations to JMS!
